In this 5-week course, we will explore together all sorts of different media we can use or illustration and self expression.

Through weekly lectures, demos, and assignments, students will learn how to play with colour, textures and different media to be able to visually express our emotions and ideas.

We'll explore playfulness and how that can help us find a style and a way to allow us to feel comfortable painting without loosing freshness in our art.

Materials we'll try out include watercolours, acryla gouache, gouache, pencil colours, pastels, crayons, oil pastels, coloured pens, Posca and markers, amongst others.

This class includes two options:
- One with access to the live classes + weekly personalised feedback + access to our Discord group *limited to 25*
- One with access to the recordings as viewer only, the next day of the class. Without feedback.

Amé este taller. Me ayudó mucho a experimentar con nuevos materiales. B preparó muchísimo cada clase, escuchó lo que queríamos aprender y compartió todo lo que sabe. Es un taller de manos a la obra, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Best decision I've made all year for my education

Beatrice fosters a learning environment that feels grounded, kind, and motivational. Not to sound too cheesy, but this class broadened my horizons, deepened my desire to experiment, and reinvigorated my creative spirit - woo! All in a class that I expected to simply learn more traditional media techniques (which I learned a ton of as well 😆). The discord also functioned as a very useful tool where we all helped each other and shared what we were working on!

Bea’s way of teaching is incredible. She is an amazing teacher/person. Easy to interact. She explains step by step and encourages to ask questions.
